After teaming up recently with Empower Actors Workshops our first course (Screen acting workshop) was a great success. As a result, we’ll be offering more courses going forward. If you’re an actor, aspiring filmmaker or both they could well be worth checking out. We will be offering both in person and online workshops with the former taking place at our studio in Manchester which is located by all major transport links (Bus, Tram, only a few miles from City Centre Manchester) and close to the motorway network (M60 Ring Road).
In person and online workshops are both weekly and one/two day events.
MONOLOGUE – ACTING AND WRITING WORKSHOP INCLUDING MONOLOGUE FOR YOUR SHOWREEL
This four week course will see you utilise your current acting skills, add new ones to your arsenal, and bring them to bear on writing and performing a monologue which will be professionally filmed for your showreel.
Digging into character development, emotional authenticity, foundational acting techniques and more we will put it all together in one amazing performance with transferable skills informing both your writing and acting.
The course takes place over five weekly in-person workshops at our studio in Droylsden, Manchester on a Thursday evening from 6:30pm – 9:30pm with a final screening of your monologues on a fifth evening running 7pm – 9pm.
