Black Octopus Productions is looking for a social media / PR wizard to join our team. This would suit someone already working freelance but based on performance and what you make of the position we’re happy to look at more long-term commitments. Ideally…
- You will be Manchester based
- You’re Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- You are very creative
- Able to visit the studio and shoots to gather content
- Able to work with us/BTS people to gather content for social media
- Able to work in what can occasionally be a very intense environment (When we’re filming, the rest of the time we’re far from intense)
- IN LOVE WITH MOVIES!
- Willing to start small and develop your role outwards, ideally in more than one direction
- Have a track record in developing engaged communities for small business / ventures. Have reasonable connections or the ability to make the connections with press, festivals and podcasts etc
- To completely own this and work with a company dedicated to treating our people with respect and enjoying every minute of what we do.
This isn’t a “gather massive numbers at all costs” gig, this is developing something wonderful.
